So where can I find these Proxies?

You can find these proxies on proxy lists such as WebEvader, just search for something like “free proxy sites” in Google and you will find hundreds of different proxy lists. You can also find proxies on sites such as Yahoo Answers or by signing up to Google groups which send you proxies every day to you by email.
